Normal people don’t work out or train. Normal people don’t make the time. Normal people don’t endure the hardship. Normal people don’t fight the battles to conquer the body and to conquer the mind. Normal people don’t sacrifice the lesser desires for the greater gains.
What if I told you that the “normal people”, were not normal at all? Look at your body! Look at that magnificent design of bone, muscle, nerves and sinew!
Do you really think your body was designed to sit around and do nothing? Do you really think your body was designed to be out of breath after a flight of stairs? Do you really think your body was designed to eat the high fructose corn syrup laden, high sodium infused, processed crap fuel that is pushed as “food”?
You are better.
Let us redefine “normal”, right here, right now: It is normal to move. It is normal to be healthy. It is normal to be strong mentally, physically, emotionally/spiritually.
A normal body moves. And it moves well. A normal body runs on premium fuel: good proteins, good vegetables and fats.
Normal people move, exercise, workout or train. Normal people make the time. Normal people endure the hardship. Normal people fight the battles to conquer the mind and conquer the body. Normal people sacrifice.
Don’t let anything, anything, stop you from making yourself the best version of you that you can be.
Disabled? Let nothing stop you! And there are better stories out there than those in the link!
It’s an accumulative journey, friends! Making one small change today will add up over time and make room for other changes for you to make. You can’t do thirty push ups without being able to do one. You can’t run a mile without being able to run a block first.
Start. Make the move. Be Normal.
Keep moving forward.
Be Strong for you.
Be Strong 4 Family.
