Sunday and Monday I walked with Mrs Kenobi around our neighborhood. 2.03 miles each day per Nike+ .

I will be doing that again tonight.

After I got home from work this evening, I went out back and did:

Superset: 4×10 Aussie Pull-ups & push-ups with 2min rest between super sets.

Went out front with my kids and did:

Superset: 3×10 squats and walking lunges (20lunges/ten each leg)
