Pipe tobacco and a freshly lit cigarette – though I don’t smoke
Halloween candy all mixed together in a plastic jack-o-lantern basket
White and Pink Cherry Blossoms
Woodsmoke from campfires and meat smokers
A forest floor with wet or dry leaves
Lawn clippings and freshly cut grass
Mint fields
Interesting that you mentioned discharged gunpowder. During my military training the smell of diesel, dust and lingering gunpowder left an indelible mark on my senses…
Yep, just something about it. My dad was military and I grew up shooting so that’s probably where I got it from.
Nice, interesting ones.
The smell of roasting or frying coriander seeds.
And also cooking fenugreek seeds.
Strawberry smells great too.
I even like the smell of gasoline. 🙂
